Deep Pour Epoxy Resin turns ordinary things into extraordinary conversation pieces

TotalBoat ThickSet is a deep pour epoxy system great for custom works of art on bar tops, counter tops, table tops, kitchen islands, kitchen counters, and bistro tables. Use this clear casting resin to make paperweights, lamp bases, chess sets, sculptures, jewelry — whatever you like!

Just measure, mix, and pour!

TotalBoat ThickSet makes it easy to get great results — even if you’ve never used epoxy before. Just measure carefully, stir thoroughly, and pour slowly onto your prepared surface or into your prepared mold. The key is step pouring with multiple layers. This means that when the previous layer has cooled but is soft enough to indent with your fingernail, pour the next layer directly on top.

  • Deep pour resin is the best way to pour thicker layers of epoxy. Pour single layers up to 1/2" for larger pours; 1" for smaller pours. Water-clear, high-gloss, low-viscosity.
  • Self-leveling epoxy resin cures to a liquid glass-like finish to showcase embedded objects on bar tops and table tops, and hard as stone to protect from scratches and scuffs.
  • Long working time gives you more time to play and create — especially when covering larger surfaces.
  • Simple 3 parts resin to 1 part hardener mix ratio makes it easy for beginners to get great results.
  • Use on interior surfaces out of direct sunlight for durable beauty that lasts a lifetime, without fogging or yellowing.
  • Low-VOC, low-odor formula is ideal for workshop, garage & indoor use.
  • Durable, cured epoxy surface is BPA-free, making it safer for tables that come into contact with food.
  • Take your art to the next level on wood, glass, ceramic, plastic, stone, concrete, and many other surfaces. Have fun, experiment, and pour your heart out!
  • Sizes available for every size project – 1.3 quart, 1.3 gallon, 4 gallon, and 8 gallon
  • Note: Thickset Epoxy is also available in 55 gallon drums. Please contact us for pricing.

Should I use TotalBoat ThickSet or ThickSet Fathom epoxy for my project – what’s the difference?

TotalBoat ThickSet and epoxies are both crystal clear resin systems that can be poured deeper than traditional epoxy, and both are ideal for castings, river tables, and slab pours, but the main question is – how deep do you want to go? If it’s really deep, you want ThickSet Fathom because you can pour it in thicker single layers than ThickSet.
